The Financial Readiness Program Manager will provide you with information and prevention education materials relating to consumer complaint resolution, consumer rights and obligations, and consumer protection laws.

The consumer complaint resolution program may assist you resolve problems with local businesses. Individual counseling is offered for budget planning, check writing, and consumer advocacy.
